The sun/electric light is the only thing that can cause a plant to bloom. Many people believe that a plant that isn’t flowering need fertilizer. Fertilizer is nothing more than nutrients or vitamins for your plants. It has no effect on the growth of your plant. If you’re using bloom booster fertilizer, keep in mind that it’s just that.
There is no such thing as a bloom “maker.” It enhances the color of the blooms, makes them bigger, lasts longer, and simply boosts the blossoms. A plant’s sustenance is made by the sun or electric light, and it is this light that causes it to bloom.
